We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze consumer, customer, and market data while creating impactful reports and dashboards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a US-based multinational client and collaborate with a global team across multiple business functions.

• Analyze and interpret consumer, customer, and market data to generate actionable insights
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making
• Work with large, complex, and imperfect datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
• Define and track key business KPIs and performance metrics
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility across projects
• Support strategic planning through data-backed recommendations

Education Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Marketing Analytics
  • Marketing Research
  • Business
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Econometrics
  • Data Science
  • Or related quantitative fields
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles

• Proficiency in SQL, including:
  • Data extraction
  • Joins and aggregations
  • Query optimization

Business Acumen

• Strong understanding of business objectives and decision-making processes
• Ability to connect analytical findings with measurable business outcomes
• Experience identifying and defining KPIs and performance metrics

Communication

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable presenting findings through dashboards, reports, and executive summaries

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, analytics, and engineering
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
