5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Caspar Digital, including but not limited to designs, software, and marketing materials, belong to Caspar Digital unless otherwise specified in writing. 5.2 Clients retain intellectual property rights to any content or materials provided by them for use in the provision of services by Caspar Digital.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caspar Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1 CASPAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the product supports cancellation and the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the services ordered has been provided. • CASPAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days or within the time specified against each product. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the CASPAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
