We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 5-6 years of experience in product development to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the product development, lead a team of mid-level developers, follow standard software development practices and driving the success of our projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, hands-on coding, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive attitude.

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET web projects using C#, .Net MVC, .NET Core, MSSQL Server/ MySQL etc, and related technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of mid-level developers.
• Contribute actively by coding alongside the team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for efficient project management and development.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, and JIRA.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks and delegate them effectively to team members.
• Support the team in overcoming technical problems and achieving the goals in time.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, methodologies, and team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Effective Technical and User Documentation capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on SAAS product development having Web, Mobile frontends.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .Net MVC, .NET Core, Web API, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools such as JIRA and other collaboration tools.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to devise innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Self-driven and motivated to lead a team towards achieving high standards in software development.
• Skills in ensuring the security and performance of the application.
• Development level testing Capabilities.

• Experience in creating new products and also improving and optimizing existing applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general frontend technologies used in the DotNet Environment.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.
