Responsibilities:

Market Analysis

• Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for best performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to optimize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Test and optimize campaign variables to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in paid advertising efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
